Fees & Rebates

Psychology Sessions

Our scheduled fee for a 50 minute session (face to face or telehealth) is $180 for fee-paying clients.

Due to the reporting requirements for some insurance companies, rates can vary for sessions being claimed through insurance schemes.

While we are not registered with NDIS, self-managed NDIS Clients can still submit payment requests on their Myplace portal to re-emburse them for the service fees.

Medicare Rebates

Under the better access to mental health scheme, you are entitled to rebates for up to 10 psychological sessions per calendar year.
To be eligible for this, you MUST FIRST see your GP, who needs to complete a Mental Health Care Plan for you, along with a referral.
You can claim this rebate back through Medicare, or we can process the claim on your behalf after full payment is made.

Unfortunately bulk billing services are not available.

Supervision Sessions

Individual supervision services for provisional psychologists start from $160 per hour for self funded primary supervision.

Group supervision sessions can be arranged. Please contact us for more information.

Cancellations

Clients will be informed of the cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend the appointment will result in the full charge of the appointment.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, this may also result in charges and/or the loss of your appointment.

Please call the practice as soon as you can if there are any changes to you appointment.
